free upgrade smiling staff rocking location
i scored a free upgrade and the staff was always smiling. plus the location rocks it is super easy to get around and see everything. the rooms were so super clean and comfy too i slept like a baby
the gym needed some love the equipment felt kinda sticky

the room was spacious and provide adequate space for luggage and movement.
I must regrettably point out the disconcerting state of repair. The bathroom seemed as it had aged without updates, causing some discomfort. the fixtures appear timeworn.

every staff member was helpful. i loved the room, it felt very spacious and had all things needed. the buffet for breakfast and lunch had a good variety of foods to enjoy.
the gym equipment looked quite old.

the room had wide-screen windows showing burj khalifa and dubai frame, a beautiful sight every day. it was also super clean and well-equipped and gave comfort and luxury in balance. the setup.

great facilities variety of restaurants room service
i appreciated the really good support from captain hanif it. the hotel provides great facilities i found them very convenient. the variety of restaurants within the hotel allowed me to relax and dine without going out. i appreciated the tourist-friendly environment with room service and amenities always readily available.

the breakfast had a good spread, available from 6:30 to 10:30. the room felt spacious and had modern decor. the hotel features some nice restaurants and a great restaurant food variety. housekeeping was helpful in maintaining cleanliness, a good service.
The gym featured some machines that were not functional. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The location was convenient! the breakfast buffet had good options. the front desk staff ensured a smooth check-in. They were efficient. the room felt spacious and modern.
The room service was very slow. It took a long time to get extra water. the doorbells in the rooms were not working. I could hear neighbors. i found this inconvenient! the safety chains was damaged.
